Return and Refund Policy
7-day exchange and return policy

1. Order cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We will not be able to cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.



2.Return
If there is an issue with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to assist you in reviewing your case and determining approval.
We recommend that you try on your shoes indoors to maintain their original condition. The shoe box is an important part of the product display and must be returned intact along with the shoes and spare laces/insoles.
Product must be in unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused condition with the original box/packaging protected in a plastic mailer or other packaging material, and all original tags must be intact. We will not accept returns if the returned item is damaged or has a return label directly attached to the original packaging.
Review case and our customer service team will review the request and send further instructions.
We reserve the right to deny any return request if the return is due to hostile competitive business practices.
Disclaimer: You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of returning the item yourself (unless the shoe quality is questionable
question).



3.Refund
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will also let you know if your refund request is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and the money will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within 7 days.
Delay or omission of refund (if any)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be officially credited. Next contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time to arrive. If you've completed all of the above steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.
